  • MSW: per visit; work with community health and hospice patients
  • Occupational Therapist: flexible hours benefited or per visit
  • Hospice RN: choice of 4-5 days a week;flexible hours; manage a caseload of hospice patients
  • Certified Home Health Aide: to care for patients in their home
